Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 48 Hours or More Notice Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without additional fees. Your payment will be applied to the new booking date. Cancellation: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance, your payment will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days (depending on your financial institution). Less Than 48 Hours Notice Bookings with cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date are subject to a $10 cancelation fee.
