Hi, I'm Monica
Growing up, vacations were simple. A day at Lake Erie was our family vacation, and a trip to Walt Disney World felt like something that happened to other families—not mine.
Even then, I dreamed that one day I'd take my own family to Disney. I didn't know how we'd make it happen, but I promised myself that somehow, someday, we would.
Years later, after my husband and I got married, we made a different kind of decision. Instead of taking a honeymoon, we chose to save for something we'd dreamed about for years: taking our two daughters to Walt Disney World together.
Getting there wasn't easy.
We carefully budgeted, made sacrifices at home, and I spent countless hours researching every detail. I learned everything I could—from choosing the right resort and planning park days to finding the best parade viewing spots and discovering hidden corners of the parks. Some people thought I was planning too much, but when our vacation finally arrived, all of that preparation gave us something priceless: the freedom to simply enjoy every moment together.
To this day, I can remember every day of that trip.
That experience changed more than our vacation—it changed my life.
I realized there were other families just like ours. Families who dreamed of visiting Disney or taking a cruise but felt overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or worried it simply wasn't possible.
That's why I created Catch 'Em on the Road.
Today, I specialize in helping families plan Disney vacations and Carnival cruises that fit their dreams, their budget, and their unique travel style. I believe every family deserves a vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and I'm passionate about helping make those dreams feel achievable.
I'm known for being a planner—maybe even an over-planner—and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love preparing for every detail so that when your vacation begins, you can put the plans aside, be present with the people you love, and enjoy the experience you've worked so hard for.
